9 carrat gold fob for the 7 mile cross country Handicap 1st Prize 21st December 1895 named to E.E.HODGSON. Along with another fob silver & applied gold W.B.C.L. E.E.HODGSON. G.R.C.C. 1901.

Hodgson served during World War One with the Kings Own Yorkshire Light Infantry and was awarded the 1914-15 Star, British War Medal 1914-18 and the Allied Victory Medal 1914-19 for his services.
