Military General Service Medal named to GEORGE ROBINS, 28TH FOOT. Light contact marks, 1st 3 clasps slightly bent. Clasps: Corruna, Barrosa, Vittoria, Pyrenees, Orthes, Toulouse.
WATERLOO Medal contact marks and edge bruise, clip and ring. GEORGE ROBINS, 28TH REGIMENT FOOT.
Last E of George & I in Robins indistinct due to wear and edge bruise.
George served in Captain T.Wilson’s Company, having enlisted in 1803 serving a total of 20 years and 288 days + 2 years for Waterloo. He was wounded at Vittoria and severely wounded at Waterloo 18th June.
