British War Medal, Victory Medal, (ENG. S. LT. W.J. WINDSOR. R.N.R.), South African Red Cross Society for Efficiency in First Aid in Mining, hallmarked silver (W.J. WINDSOR, 1931.).

Little is known about William
He is listed as a Temporary Assistant Sub Lieutenant Royal Naval Reserve in 1914. In 1919 he appointed chief Engineer Officer being Demobilized November 1919.
He settled in South Africa after the War. Further research required.
