Born 1919 in Bromsgrove.
1940 appointed TEMPORARY Sub Lieutenant in the R.N.V.R. after service as a rating.
1941 to Watchman.
1942 to Vansittart. Promoted to Temporary Lieutenant.
1943 to Tetcott.
1944 takes part in the Anzio Landings.
1945 to Carysfort, attack on Kilbotn U-Boat Depot, Norway.
1946 receives his R.N.V.R. L.S.G.C. and released from service.
1951 becomes a Lloyd's underwriter.
1963 elected to Woking Urban District Coucil.
1971 steps down from the council.
1996 dies in Chobham
