1922 joins Conway.
1923 joins Ballena as a Cadet.
1929 competes in the Isle of Man T.T. Races (Junior Amateur Race).
1937 joins R.A.O.B.
1938 joins the Loreto.
1940 Commissioned as probationary Pilot Officer in the Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve.
1941 to RAF Sullam Voe, then to Calshot, then Abu Sueir Port Said on HSL 110. Promoted to Flying Officer.
1942 appointed temporary Flight Lieutenant. Commanded Marine School, Port Said for 2.5 years.
1944 to 15 groups 63 Air Sea rescue Marine Craft Unit, Menai Bridge.
1946-47 serves in various overseas units last day of duty given as 12 August.
1953 Relinquishes his RAFVR Commission on joining the Royal Australian Air Force as a Leading Aircraftsman.
1955 applies for a commission but told he is too old.
1956 discharged medically unfit.
1973 dies in Scarborough.
