According to her Service Release Book, (which comes with this listing), Ash enrolled with the 21st Company RAMC on the 20th April 1941, and qualified as a ‘Nursing Member Class 1’, remaining with the 21st Company until being released from service on the 2nd July 1945.

The medals are swing mounted and come with a matching set of contemporary miniatures medals with original ribbons.
