A Territorial Force War Medal awarded to T4/252900 Driver George Brown, who served with the Army Service Corps - it only became ‘Royal’ Army Service Corps in 1918.

Neither Brown’s Medal Index Card or medal roll entries, which can be viewed by clicking on here,  on here and on here, (if you have access to Ancestry), although a paper copy of the MIC will be provided with this listing, give any indication as to which theatre of war he served in, although the T4 in his service number means that he was recruited as a horse driver during the Kitchener 4 (new army) recruitment drive which took place in August 1914.

His medal was only sent to him in 1931.
